What do I need to bring to check-in on the day?

You MUST bring photo ID, no ID no entry. Once we have checked you in you will receive your wrist band, then you’re good to go.

Why is there a processing fee?

We use an industry recognised third party booking platform to provide secure online event bookings.  The processing fee covers the cost of using this platform and is passed onto Event Brite directly.

What do I need to wear?

Dress appropriately for getting cold, wet and dirty and if the weather is on our side don’t forget sun cream. You must wear appropriate shoes, we suggest you wear trail running shoes with good grip.

What happens to valuables whilst I’m running?

You can leave valuables at a manned bag drop in the event village, for a small charge. Make sure items are in a secure bag. (All transactions are cash only on event days)

Can spectators come along?

Yes, there are loads of great spectator spots around the route so bring the whole family. Dogs must be kept on a lead.

When do I get my event pack?

You collect your event wrist band on the morning of the event. Final event information is released a few days before the event so keep an eye on your emails or our social media pages.

Can I buy a ticket on the day?

Yes, you can purchase a ticket on the day. All event day ticket sales are subject to availability and charged at the last minute rate.  Allow extra time as you’ll need to complete a manual registration form.

What happens if I get injured or cannot take part?

You are able to transfer your entry to another person up until the booking cut off point. On your booking confirmation is a link at the bottom to ‘my events’. Select that option and it will take you to the Active Works system. Select the transfer to another athlete and enter the persons email address. They will be sent a link to book.

Note:

They will have to pay for the booking and you will be issued a refund once they have been paid.

You will incur a £5 administration charge for your transfer.

They will be charged the current price which may be higher than the price you paid.
